I'm Matt Park

I work as the CTO at Studio Haze. My professional life sits somewhere between technical vision and creative logic. I lead teams and design systems. I spend a lot of time thinking about how engineering can support human emotion. I do not just manage projects. I care about the environments where people make things. I like how art and code learn to live together without getting in each other's way.

I try not to be defined by a single title. I am a father. I play jazz piano. I take photographs. I believe a sharp mind stays alive by wandering across disciplines. I am drawn to mechanical perfection. It is not for its own sake but for what it reveals. A well designed shutter mechanism gives me the same quiet satisfaction as a clean line of code.

I am always searching for equilibrium. This archive is a byproduct of that search. I tend to trust facts more than opinions. I trust precision more than speed. I am still learning when to bend those rules. You are welcome here if you want to talk about systems architecture or the craft of seeing clearly. What is collected here is simply what remains of a life lived with attention and curiosity. It is the record of a steady mind.
